The UNIOR universal spoke tension gauge measures spoke tension, regardless of the type of spoke. This mechanical gauge is supplied already calibrated and ready to use.
To use it, simply press down on the handle, position the spoke between the two arms and release the handle. A well-positioned gauge is easy to read. The measured value must then be checked on the printed table supplied, where the actual tension can be read according to the specifications of the spoke concerned.
The table is supplied with the tool, as well as a more detailed instruction manual.
As additional equipment, the tool also has a spoke thickness gauge, which facilitates the job in progress. Just insert the spoke into one of the upper openings and read the displayed value.
