The delivery costs for "bulky" parcels are automatically calculated according to the volume of the parcel and the destination.
Depending on the delivery regions or the type of product shipped (hazardous material, etc.), we reserve the right to modify the carrier (La Poste, UPS, etc.)

Returns and Refunds:
In the event of exercising the right of withdrawal, the customer must return the product(s) concerned after acceptance by our after-sales service.
The products must be returned to the address indicated by customer service.
In the event of withdrawal, you have a period of 14 days from the date of delivery to return your items if they were not suitable, in their original packaging and without any trace of use in order to allow sale of the products in question. Return shipping costs are your responsibility.
In the event of exercise of the right of withdrawal, the company lemarcheduvelo is required to reimburse the sums paid by the customer within 14 days and free of charge.
